Your experience will begin with a welcome and a quick introduction to nature therapy and the land. You will then be offered a guided meditation, followed by a series of sensory invitations designed to help you slow down and immerse yourself in nature. The invitations will vary depending on what nature is offering on the day. Between each invitation, participants will come together to share a few words. To close the experience, we will share some light refreshments and you will have the opportunity to reflect and interact with other participants.

Everything is optional and there is no one “right” way to participate.

What you take away from the experience will be unique and personal to you.
